CGP Group Receives the Shanghai Human Resources Service “Bo Le Award” for the Sixth Time
Recently, CGP was awarded the 2025 Shanghai Human Resources Service "Bo Le" Award. This is the sixth time CGP Group has received this honor, signifying that the Group's capabilities in high-level talent search, cross-regional talent allocation, and professional human resources services have once again been recognized by the industry and relevant departments.

The recipients of the 2025 Shanghai Human Resources Service “Bo Le Award” were recently announced, with CGP once again receiving this prestigious honor. The award reflects CGP Group’s comprehensive capabilities in talent insights, professional assessment, cross-regional search, and senior-level talent delivery. It also recognizes the Group’s long-standing contribution to helping Shanghai-based companies attract outstanding professionals and supporting the development of key industries.
Organized by the Shanghai Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, the Shanghai Human Resources Service “Bo Le” Incentive Program aims to further leverage the decisive role of the market in allocating human resources. It encourages commercial human resources service providers to recruit outstanding professionals from outside Shanghai for employers in the city, helping Shanghai attract more high-level and urgently needed talent.
Talent is a vital force driving industrial advancement, technological innovation, and business growth. For human resources service providers, attracting talent involves much more than completing a placement. It requires an accurate understanding of each company’s stage of development and organizational needs, as well as the ability to identify key professionals who can create long-term value in a broader talent market.
Six-Time Recognition Built on Long-Term Expertise and a Global Network
Since the launch of the Shanghai Human Resources Service “Bo Le” Incentive Program, CGP Group has received this honor six times. While a single award recognizes achievement at a particular point in time, six-time recognition reflects sustained commitment and expertise built over many years.
Since its founding in 2012, CGP Group has presence across 20+ locations and grown to a team of over 350+ professionals, with a business network spanning Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and the Americas. The Group continues to strengthen its presence across markets including Mainland China, Hong Kong SAR, Japan, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, the United Kingdom, Italy, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, the United States, and Colombia, gradually building a service network that connects the world’s major talent markets.
In Mainland China, CGP operates across seven cities - Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Chengdu, Suzhou, and Xi’an - with a business network covering key markets in North, East, and South China, as well as Western China. This presence enables the Group to develop a deep understanding of the industries and talent markets in different regions while providing a strong foundation for its offices to share sector expertise, talent resources, and service capabilities.
Through close collaboration across its global offices and a talent database of more than one million professionals, CGP can overcome geographical limitations and source talent from a much broader market, providing companies with integrated cross-regional and cross-border talent solutions. For Shanghai-based companies, this means access to outstanding professionals not only in the local market, but also across China and around the world.
At the same time, CGP continues to deepen its expertise across a wide range of industries and functions. From understanding the business objectives behind each role and assessing candidates’ professional capabilities, leadership qualities, and organizational fit, to supporting their successful integration into the company, every stage requires the judgment and experience of professional consultants.
CGP’s expanding regional network broadens its access to talent, while its specialized service capabilities ensure an accurate match between talent and organizational needs. Together, these strengths form the foundation of CGP’s continued support for Shanghai-based companies in attracting high-level and urgently needed professionals—and represent the enduring capabilities behind the Group’s six-time recognition with the “Bo Le Award.”
Connecting Talent and Opportunity for Mutual Success
Every successful connection between talent and an organization carries a company’s aspirations for future growth and may also mark a defining moment in an individual’s career.
For CGP, the “Bo Le Award” is both an honor and a responsibility. It recognizes the Group’s continued investment in professional human resources services while inspiring us to help companies identify the key talent that drives business growth through deeper industry insights, broader talent networks, and higher-quality services.
Looking ahead, CGP Group will continue to serve as a bridge between outstanding talent and opportunities for growth. We will help companies build future-ready talent capabilities and contribute our expertise to attracting more high-level and urgently needed professionals to Shanghai.
