Peter brings more than seven years of executive search and talent consulting experience to his clients. Currently he leads the Life Science Team at Cornerstone Global Partners, serving both multinational and fast-growing domestic companies.
Prior to Cornerstone Global Partners, Peter was with a leading international recruitment solutions firm. He set up a pharmaceutical team to handle positions at director level and above, and was responsible for developing long-term partnerships. He successfully manages relationships with clients and candidates, make surveys of source companies, and collect information about the talent market to bring value to clients.
Prior to starting his recruiting career Peter had more than 10 years of experiences in operations management, covering the pharmaceutical, medical devices, FMCG and IT industries. In his last position as a senior manager, he was responsible for the company’s pharmaceutical and medical device procurement, import and export, vendor management, supply strategy operation and cost control.
