Nicole has six years’ experience in the headhunting industry, focusing on the middle to high-level talent market in the banking and fin-tech industries. Her business covers personal credit, consumer finance, private banking, new wealth management, credit big data companies, financial services companies, third party payment, supply chain finance, internet insurance, internet and information management and so on.

Nicole’s successful cases include a multi-type integrated customer base from private and state-owned companies to internet and regulatory authorities. Her candidates come from various functions such as risk management, big data, product, operation, strategy, accounting and finance, legal and compliance and comprehensive department management. Nicole was once the team leader of Lloyd Morgan’s fin-tech team before joining CGP. Nicole has a Master’s of Science degree from Columbia University and has been recognized as the Top Biller in the Beijing office.
