Associate Director of Corporate Finance

Wendy Zhu is recruitment professional who earned an MBA at ESC Rouen in France and a bachelor’s degree at Zhejiang University. She started her career in 2009 at Decathlon in China. She is a native mandarin speaker who is also fluent in English and French. During five years at Decathlon, Wendy developed her experience in retail operation and business development. With full passion and enthusiasm, Wendy started her career in the human resources industry with a focus on the finance accounting function. During the past six years Wendy and her team have led over 600 mid- to senior-level placements across executive search. Her successful placements cover many functions within the finance industry, such as accounting, FP&A, tax, treasure, share-service, audit, compliance, investment relationships, and more., In her current role with CGP China, she is an associate director of corporate finance in the Shanghai office, leading a team of more than five consultants specializing in corporate finance practice. In her current team focus, Wendy is heavily involved with C-level and director-level roles in the the auto, chemical, semiconductor, luxury, and consumer goods industries.
