Ginny and her team have an extensive database with the top candidates in the HR area, especially HRVP/HRD/TA Director etc. Her team successfully placed HR middle to senior-level positions like CHO, TA Director, OD Director, SSC Head and HRBP Head from different industries. Before joining CGP, she was the HR practice leader at Career International, heavily involved in C level and Director level positions in the pharmaceutical, medical device, auto, chemical, semi-conductor, luxury and consumer goods industries.
