OVERVIEW
The CGP Property Team was established in Shanghai in 2013. Their current clients include well-known design companies, developers, real estate funds and corporate real estate companies. Recruitment positions include investment, asset management, design, engineering, electromechanical, cost control, investment, market, and real estate management. The project types cover residential, complex, hotel, overseas real estate, pension real estate, industrial real estate, tourism real estate and so on. In 2018, the Property Team helped nearly 100 mid- to high-end candidates find the right job.

Mindy Yin
Director of Design & Property
Mindy has more than 10 years of working experience in the headhunting industry. Since she joined CGP’s team, she has mainly focused on design and property industry recruitment. Before she joined CGP, she had worked in the British headhunting company Hays for four years, participating in many executive search and RPO projects. Currently, she is leading the real estate team to work with some well-known domestic and foreign design firms, developers and property fund clients in China. In addition, Mindy can speak fluent English and has basic Cantonese communication skills.
